does anyone know the molecular weight of legos? How much is one mole of our favorite building bricks? Ever since i began chemistry, this question has been bothering me. Fire up the ole mass specs and let's get some data! (22 years ago, 5-Mar-03, to lugnet.fun, lugnet.general)

A few scenes from east Allercus

Hello, Well, after experimenting with another batch of parts from bricklink, I built a small village module. (Unfortunately, it's about 1.5 times larger than MM standard. 24x24) Here's the gallery. (URL) some more description behind the pictures. (...) (22 years ago, 5-Mar-03, to lugnet.general, lugnet.castle)

  Lego sonnet

I hope this is the right group to post this, i didn't seem to find a .poetry section... Here's my sonnet i wrote for English class, It is really bad but it was my first attempt at iambic pentameter. I based it on the italian sonnet style but i (...) (22 years ago, 5-Mar-03, to lugnet.general)

(...) How about resizing the images via code. i.e. look at the dimensions of the image and scale it down to meet your requirements. I guess it depends on the type of code you are working in, I know that Java has something, (I believe its part of the (...) (22 years ago, 5-Mar-03, to lugnet.inst, lugnet.general)

  Lego Layoffs

From WFSB-CBS Channel 3 in Hartford, CT Danish toy maker Lego is laying off workers from its Enfield-based operations. The company's North American operations are based in Enfield.   Re: A big day for the Building Instructions Portal

(...) as long as i'm not the only one on the list :) (...) how about hosting the thumbnails? each thumbnail should be in the range of 2.5kb, so even at 1000 instructions, you'd be under 5mb. (22 years ago, 4-Mar-03, to lugnet.inst, lugnet.general)

Re: A big day for the Building Instructions Portal

So what would be interesting is a way that users could upload a text file or something that contains description data for the parts... something more "formalized" than a simple dump from MLCad, but not much more than that.   Re: A big day for the Building Instructions Portal

Dark Red 1x2 plates too short??

Hello, I decided to build a dark red building and went with plates since they are so readily available.   Re: Which weighs more?
