  Re: TLG investigation

(...) You had _better_ have some pictures of that plane. :-) I started, and pretty much aborted, the same thing, so I really, really want to see what you came up with. Please... -- Terry K -- (26 years ago, 13-Feb-99, to lugnet.general)

(...) Hrmmmm...... I don't think I'd like that. To be sure, it would be fun sometimes to not have to sort it all, but sorting is pretty fun most of the time. Call me crazy, but since I never build the models that are depicted in the instructions (I (...) (26 years ago, 13-Feb-99, to lugnet.general)

Jereon, As for what we want, I would think it would be better for you, and us, if we simply used the lugnet.dear-leog newsgroup, as then you wouldn't get BURIED in email, and we could publicly discuss ideas that you would otherwise only get in (...)   Re: Play "I can name that piece..."

Yes, the red spoked wheel is from one of the early-mid 1970's sets that came with those wheels. Most of the sets came with red wheels, but some had them in white. They were common in some of the Model Builders Sets of the 1970's. One such example is (...) (26 years ago, 12-Feb-99, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Missing/malformed pieces?

I have a few mutilated technic beams that won't "lock" onto anything at all... In fact they are only good for the custom beam w/a hacksaw. Unfortunatly they were 16 stud beams in black, my favorite ones. The bigger the chasis the stronger the car. (26 years ago, 12-Feb-99, to lugnet.general)
