Picture piracy at www.lego.com: nothing happened at all...

Last month at least 5 out of 8 pictures in the Theme Gallery have been stolen from known AFOLs. That has been discussed in Lugnet and can be found here: (URL) wrote 2 mails to TLC and got an answer, that they would react on it. But now the builder (...)   Those awful construction sets

I have a local store in my area that is selling those construction overpass thing set for $27.50 or so (I think this was originally $80.00) . They have been on the shelf at that price for almost a month and I am not even temped to buy them. Tim (24 years ago, 15-Aug-00, to lugnet.dear-lego)

Re: Will Lego Learn a lesson?

(...) No, not sure. I haven't seen the figures firsthand, but from what I've read in two articles (reviewing the park), and from an 'inside' source, it hasn't been doing as well as they'd wanted-- basically, it sounded like a flop from all accounts. (...) In general, I agree... I think there's a lot of reasons Lego's losing money, though. 1. Legoland Theme Parks - The plan was (as I recall) to release parks every 3 years around the world.
