Hi! Longtime German Lego fan Ralf Herbers ("moin99") has initiated the creation of a Brickshelf reference gallery of all baseplates ever produced: (URL) German Lego community has been collecting many plate scans and photos during the last couple of (...) I took a look, and while I can't even find the same numbers you're talking about on most of those elements, I finally found an older yellow 3941 and newer blue 6143-- and I notice there are two distinct versions of these bricks. I would find it useful, but so few inventories include the information. While the bag information may not help most people, it generally doesn't hurt them either. Usually parts of the same type and color are in the same bag. And for those sets that (...) (23 years ago, 2-Mar-02, to lugnet.db.inv)

Dan, If slurping is using a program to download a whole entire site, then I'm quite safe in saying that I won't, can't and probably never will be able to do that. (I'm a pathetic dial-up user, so it would take me eons, even if I knew how.) Something (...) (23 years ago, 2-Mar-02, to lugnet.db.inv)

| | Part 3941 vs Part 6143 (Brick 2 x 2 Round)

While surfing the peeron database, I noticed that, in 7104 Desert Skiff, 'Brick 2 x 2 Round' is listed as p/n 3941, but noted with 'Number on piece is 6143'. Out of curiosity I pulled a desert skiff and looked at the piece. Indeed, the piece is (...) (23 years ago, 2-Mar-02, to lugnet.general, lugnet.db.inv)
