The program continues to get better and better.  With Peeron releasing the
picture ZIP file, things are really looking positive.  Just a few notes as
usual:

- I continue to get access violations frequently when I delete items from an
inventory.

- When you open an inventory and then go to save, instead of using the
last-opened inventory file as the default save file name, it uses the last
saved inventory file.  So if you're not paying attention, you can easily
overwrite the last saved inventory.  When you open an inventory file, until
you hit NEW or open another inventory, that file name should be the default
file name in the save dialog.

- It would be really useful if the Compare function could be beefed up.
When you compare two inventories, right now it gives you a list of the parts
that are in the second inventory and not the first.  It would be more
helpful if it gave two lists: the parts that are in the 2nd and not the 1st,
and the parts that are in the 1st and not the second.  Also, the compare
function REALLY gets confused if one of the inventories specified bag
numbers and the other didn't.  For instance, if the first inventory consists of:

Qty     Part Number      Bag     Color        Description
   1        3004                  1          Black        Brick 1 x 2
   1        3004                  2          Black        Brick 1 x 2

And the second inventory consists of:

Qty     Part Number      Bag     Color        Description
   2        3004                              Black        Brick 1 x 2

Then the compare function says the first inventory is missing 1 3004 Brick 1
x 2 Black, even though they are equivalent as far as piece count is concerned.

- It would be nice if the program could compare your inventory with the
Peeron version without saving the Peeron .html, converting it to .PRN or
.INV, and then doing a compare.

Thank you for all your work.  The search function in Parts Catalog has got
to be the most useful feature.  There are several pieces that I've
inventoried in the Harry Potter sets that would have been impossible to find
without it.  Thanks again.

just a few changes: Version 0.0.12 02-25-02 - If any fields on the main form are active, pressing delete will not ask if you want to delete element.... - When ever you add an element the count box is active and selected. Just type in the new value. (...) (23 years ago, 25-Feb-02, to lugnet.db.inv)
