I understand. I composed this letter with the idea that it wouldn't be a
letter from the entire community, but that it would be a letter which each
person would print out and sign themselves. I'm in agreement with the idea
that several (hopefully!) thousand letters from individuals would be more
effective than only one letter to speak for everyone. I guess I just think
the volume of letter would have more of an impact.

I understand your point, but I believe it's a combination of both. Granted,
the AFOL community is small potatoes, but we are the ones who hold the
company ideals in much higher regard and importance. We want the colors
changed back because we believe it's best for the system.

Mark's letter has some excellent points to it. I'll print it out, as well
yours and James Wilson's suggestions and try to have a new draft posted
soon.

| (...) TLC has had Reps at the Brickfests, they have seen what we can build with the Brick. Many AFOL's, especially .Castleheads have many projects that they are working on or have planned that now won't happen because of the color change. Send them (...) (20 years ago, 1-Dec-04, to lugnet.color)
