  Re: Throne's on Brickshelf

(...) Very cool - for those of us who are working on an underwater empire or castle, this is a must - I can very well see a water elemental or a mermaid sitting on one of these thrones (whoa - mermaids ... any thoughts on this?) Attention to detail (...) (24 years ago, 27-Jun-00, to lugnet.castle)

(...) Thanks for the compliments, guys! I 'preciate it :-) (...) Craig just told me recently that he makes some... those sound Xtra cool, I've gotta make some of my own now...   Re: Great Eastern Wall

(...) This was one of my main ideas in building the wall. How can I incorporate castle and ninja together? I had a ton of castle pieces from years of collecting, plus a modest amount of ninja pieces to provide Eastern-looking trim to the structure. (...) (24 years ago, 27-Jun-00, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Great Eastern Wall

(...) I know exactly what you mean, because that's what I was hoping to accomplish. For the Great Wall, I built the mountain and the foothills first, and then tried to build the wall up and over the landscape. The real Great Wall is like that... it (...)   Re: Great Eastern Wall

Awesome work! I too like the "organic" look of the creation. It is massive but full of interesting details. While the whole thing is very cool, my favorite feature has to be the rope vine with the hanging 2x2 ninja clip flags. I haven't seen this (...) (24 years ago, 27-Jun-00, to lugnet.castle)

All I can say is WOW! What an amazing piece of art! This is a truly fabulous wall! I was chatting with Shiri and telling her how impressed I was with the way you brought int he disparate elements, Ninja, Wild West, Traditional & Modern Castle (...) (24 years ago, 27-Jun-00, to lugnet.castle)

Side of Beef (was Re: Butcher's Shop)

OK, here it is: (URL) is how I made a side of beef. The only thing that was changed from the original pics in the instruction pictures was that the 1x2 finger hinge was replaced by a 1x3 pink plate. Either works. And a great big huge thank you to (...) (24 years ago, 27-Jun-00, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.build)

My splurge of interior design, or: Daphne and Rose's cabin

Well, after repeatedly and explicitly stating that interiors were my favorite part of building, I had to go and make some *stuff*.
