This is how I made a side of beef. The only thing that was changed from the
original pics in the instruction pictures was that the 1x2 finger hinge was
replaced by a 1x3 pink plate. Either works. And a great big huge thank you
to Shiri for stumbling through my directions and taking the pics...;-)
