Very good idea..."Butchers" were a very important part of the Medieval castle community (especially before spices+ other meat preservatives were readily available) I never gave much thought as to how I would "create a slab of beef"...the (...) | | | | OK, here it is: (URL) is how I made a side of beef. The only thing that was changed from the original pics in the instruction pictures was that the 1x2 finger hinge was replaced by a 1x3 pink plate. Either works.
