From your description of your hobbit hole, my expectations were not too

interior, the tree on top, the fence and the path, all magnifique! Although

beard). A very, very minor criticism!!!

Not a nasty, dirty, wet hole, filled with the ends of worms and an oozy smell, nor yet a dry, bare, sandy hole (...) (23 years ago, 28-Jan-02, to lugnet.announce.moc) !!
