  Re: Butcher's Shop

(...) Thanks! If you look at this picture: (URL) I can try to explain it. The window is 4 wide on a five wide area. At this point the sides have 'large' gaps which are made smaller by filling with a 1x4 tile. The front shutter clips of the window (...) (21 years ago, 20-Jan-04, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: 3 ideas I had

  Re: Gravedigger and Cemetery

(...) Nice! I like the tombstone with the rounded off top as well as the recently moved earth - makes for a good effect. I do have to wonder what the people think of the dead being burried within the castle walls though ... -- Pawel (URL) (21 years ago, 20-Jan-04, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Butcher's Shop

James.. that looks really good. Does it leave a small gap round the vertical edges of the window tho ?? (love the different meats btw) thanks (21 years ago, 20-Jan-04, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Butcher's Shop

(...) look really good. I also like the turkey - great use of tan hands. Seeing all these quality shops and houses makes me ponder on how incredible of a castle layout we could have at an event like Brickfest ... -- Pawel (URL) (21 years ago, 20-Jan-04, to lugnet.castle)

Re: An Alchemist's Workshop and Home

(...) Kevin, I like the concept of six chimneys in one tower. It's kind of bizzare, and it makes one wonder what used to be there in the first place. The alchemist seems to be a scavenger here - the house seems like it just latched itself onto the (...) (21 years ago, 20-Jan-04, to lugnet.castle)

Re: New Knights Kingdom Tall Figures seen at Paris ToyFair

(...) Thanks James, you're right. I made a first impression mistake and thought it to be cardboard, but closer inspection did reveal, that it is indeed thin plastic, about half the thickness of a baseplate. It is not as soft as the Hagrid Hut roof, (...) (21 years ago, 20-Jan-04, to lugnet.castle)

  3 ideas I had

Firstly is a Siege Engine thingo that I saw on a bugs bunny (I think) cartoon. Basicly, its a giant thing with 3 axes on it in a circle thing, as it moves along the axes spin around. Secondly is a lamp I came up with. Grab one of the 4-pronged parts (...) (21 years ago, 20-Jan-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build, lugnet.pirates, lugnet.castle)

I just finished a brand new article filled with over 200 new torso designs for Classic-Castle.com. There are many Castle, Ninja, Pirate, Star Wars Torsos, and even a Town and Sudio Torso each. Feel free to check it out! (URL) (21 years ago, 20-Jan-04, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.pirates, lugnet.space, lugnet.starwars)

  Butcher's Shop

Here is my latest creation, the Butcher's Shop: (URL) pics Front: (3 URLs) butcher has all kind of meats including beef, lamb, pork, poultry, and fish. I like the 4 part turkey the best: (URL) shop treats the half-timber style differently than most (...) (21 years ago, 20-Jan-04, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.announce.moc)

About the "European Bulk Order" (was: Re: Chat with Jake - Transcript)

(...) (Deep Breath...) Weeeeellll. Executive Summary: + Availability of (rare) pieces in quantities +/- Prices (Good for the rare stuff, not so good for even large quantities of more common bricks) - Handling (Took ages, is not yet finished) (...) (21 years ago, 19-Jan-04, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Gravedigger and Cemetery

(...) Hi Andrzej, I really like both the idea and the MOC, especially the tombstones. However, I think that the graveyard itself is a bit misplaced; the shop should indeed have a stock of un-ingraved tombstones at hand, but the graveyard itself (...) (21 years ago, 19-Jan-04, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Castle stickers for download

Hi James, Happy to oblige. Although I think I have forgotten to burn the design for Thanduril onto a CD before I left England, so won't be able to get that one up anytime soon ;) The rest should be up in no time. Thanks for your compliments also :) (...) (21 years ago, 18-Jan-04, to lugnet.castle, FTX)

  Gravedigger and Cemetery

Hello, This is my new entry for CC contest: Gravedigger and Cemetery. Gravedigger was one of the most important jobs in middle ages, maybe even more important than doctor. This guy here sure likes his job: he's making the coffins, carving the (...) (21 years ago, 18-Jan-04, to lugnet.castle, FTX)

Re: Chat with Jake - Transcript

(...) Thank you Adrian. I agree that the questions and answers were great. Everyone should read up to find out information on everything from the difference at Shop at home from "Sold Out" and "Not Available" to discussion of the "Jakefig" :) Ben (21 years ago, 18-Jan-04, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.general, FTX)
