  Re: Help me name Ikros!!

(...) Are you serious? Is it really possible to publish animated web stories? Actually, that's quite an intriguing prospect. I wish you best of luck. I haven't actually read your story yet. Don't know if I will, but here's my opinions anyway. Since (...) (22 years ago, 21-Dec-02, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Help me name Ikros!!

I think, personally, that the Chronicles of Ikros is a perfictly fine name. You left out C.S. Lewises Chronicles of Narnia, another succsesful fantasy line. Besides, it stands out in that it is different then the others. so thers just my 2 cents ( (...) (22 years ago, 21-Dec-02, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Help me name Ikros!!

Hey Anthony, Here is my two bits worth. It seems to me that the title depends on the age of the audience you are going after. Based on the length of your book I think that the young adult market (13-17 or so) would be best. If that is the case then (...) (22 years ago, 21-Dec-02, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Help me name Ikros!!

(...) The best is #1 hands down. (...) Well, the story centers around two things; (as observed by me as a veiwer) Garalt and the dragons. I would suggest these names to follow those main points: The Awaking of the Immortal Dragons -The main story (...) (22 years ago, 21-Dec-02, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Please read this!

Hi Matt, SNIP (...) I have read LOTR and the Simeraillion sp? (which I prefer). I am in less danger then yourself of stealing ideas since I, while not historicaly accurate, encompace no magic or weird creatures in my writing. LOTR is almost a must (...)   Re: Help me name Ikros!!

Original title is the best. It says it all. Chronicles of Ikros is a story about more than just one guy (garalt). It's about what happens to an entire country. So it's perfectly named. Don't change it. e. (22 years ago, 21-Dec-02, to lugnet.castle)

Well, not my story's country, Ikros. But my story, the Chronicles of Ikros As some of you may already know, I am going to attempt to publish currently web-finished story.   Re: Please read this!

(...) Okay, that's probably true. However, unlike many others, I usually tend to be unorthodox and look from the other side of the boundary.   Re: Please read this!

(...) Hmm...seems plausable enough. Oddly, though, I haven't yet taken the liberty to read Tolkein's trilogy yet (possibly due to the fact I don't want to subconsciously take some of the ideas and use them.) I'll probably give it a read, though. (...) (22 years ago, 20-Dec-02, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.general)

Hi Matt, (...) The new version is much clearer. A few of suggestions for you: - you are definitely a writer.
