  Re: Please read this!

(...) Hmm...seems plausable enough. Oddly, though, I haven't yet taken the liberty to read Tolkein's trilogy yet (possibly due to the fact I don't want to subconsciously take some of the ideas and use them.) I'll probably give it a read, though. (...) (22 years ago, 20-Dec-02, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.general)

  Re: Please read this!

Hi Matt, (...) The new version is much clearer. A few of suggestions for you: - you are definitely a writer. The fact that you keep coming back to it, after so many blunt criticisms, proves this. - you need to perfect your grammar and word (...) (22 years ago, 20-Dec-02, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.general)

Re: Arkangel Inn almost complete...teaser pic...

The Inn is really beginning to take shape! I love building Inns, they seem like the quintessential non-military castle creation. The red and black motif is really striking, and actually fairly pleasant. You mentioned elsewhere that you thought about (...) (22 years ago, 19-Dec-02, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Arkangel Inn almost complete...teaser pic...

Hi, Thanks for the feedback. I was going to use black plates but they were going to be sloping (using hinge plates/car roof pieces), but decided that it was unnecessary and overtly expensive that way, not to mention already quite difficult with the (...)   Re: Please read this!

Hi Matt, I read some of your writing (not sure if this was before or after you edited it). It is actualy quite good in many ways (but that says a lot about the reader I am). Hi Ben, Looking good! What colo(u)r roof are you going to use? Will you use slopes or plates for the roof? I like the positioning of the statue above the door, it will look nice because the roof should eccentuate it. Thanks for sharing and God (...) (22 years ago, 19-Dec-02, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Helms Deep

I just had to go back and look at this again after seeing the film, The Two Towers. Wonderful work, Jon. My son leaned over to me during the film and said how much it looked like the one I showed him on the internet! Hey, if an 11 year old can tie (...) (22 years ago, 19-Dec-02, to lugnet.castle)

  Arkangel Inn almost complete...teaser pic...

  Help Wanted for Website Information

Um, does anybody know how I can get either a Lugnet hosted website? It seems likely that anything i post or show on here is totally useless without a website. So, for starters, I was hoping to get one on here. Is this possible? And, how much can I (...) (22 years ago, 18-Dec-02, to lugnet.castle)
