  Re: MOC - Small Castle

(...) Thanks. There aren't any interior details. I slapped this one together in about an hour in an effort to beef up my Christmas train layout. I didn't have time to put in any interior details and figured that they wouldn't show in this layout. (22 years ago, 4-Dec-02, to lugnet.castle)

Castle accessories available at US S@H

Hi, This was posted earlier but got kind of buried. Anyway, the 10066 castle accessories pack is now available at US S@H. The unidentified black blob is the maiden's hat. There is a good picture of the parts on shop.lego.com. James (22 years ago, 4-Dec-02, to lugnet.castle)

(...) That's really nice. A great combination of sets. Am I right that you haven't put interior details? It certainly evokes the idea of a sort of country manor/keep. Thanks for sharing this. Alan (22 years ago, 4-Dec-02, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Ha ha thus ends over priced . . .

I will agree that Bricklink.com can be a great resource for those of us who want to supplement an existing collection for reasonable prices. I especially like the availability of minifigure body parts in various colors, and various head/face (...) (22 years ago, 3-Dec-02, to lugnet.castle)

  MOC - Small Castle

This is a small castle I built for a Christmas layout: (URL) is essentially two "Guarded Inn" sets stacked on top of each other with a few other pieces from my collection thrown in. (22 years ago, 3-Dec-02, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.castle, lugnet.build)

Ha ha thus ends over priced . . .

castle items on bricklink. No longer is outfitting a knoght going to cost you four dollars. Thirteen figs can now be outfitted for just $4.99. I'll finally be able to put head gear on all my men. No more baldies (unless I want then to be) in my (...) (22 years ago, 3-Dec-02, to lugnet.castle)

Re: The second wave of bulk parts packs is here!

The new Castle Accessories pack is now on the USA Shop @ Home website and they have a good picture of it on there as well. It does come with a brown peasant's hood, a light grey visor helmet, and a black maiden cone hat as previously speculated. (...) (22 years ago, 3-Dec-02, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Roll Call Idea-The Realm Project

(...) Just out of curiosity, might anyone know what program was utilized to render the maps for island of mist? I was preparing to assemble three dimensional map for a story in progress, so any information would constitute much help. Thanks! (...) (...) (22 years ago, 3-Dec-02, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Roll Call Idea-The Realm Project

(...) As I understand it, the IOM is lost. The people who started it, trashed the map and it just kinda died. I wanted to see the map, but apparently it's lost. Maybe the mist covered the whole island and the map, and the computer it was stored on. (...) (22 years ago, 3-Dec-02, to lugnet.castle)
