(...) (snip) (...) (snip) OK, so I tried your method. The good news: I got it to work. The bad news: not on my model. So first for the good news. I used the pyramid model that comes with LDraw. I was able to make this render, using LPub, LGEO and (...) (19 years ago, 26-May-06, to lugnet.cad.ray, FTX)

Something kind of weird... you can create a similar effect with two identical 3D objects. For example, take two identical pens, hold them so they converge towards you, and cross your eyes.
