    "Glowing" Lights in POV-RAY (2nd attempt) —Franklin W. Cain
   Howdy, y'all! A while back, I asked y'all for some help in making a "glow" in a rendered image ("(URL) took your suggestions and implemented them as best I could, and I've posted the results here: "(URL) still not quite satisfied with the results.      (...) A couple of things to try?--(dunno if these will work)-- - Put a point light source inside the 1x1 cylinder brick atop the staff and crank its luminosity up to (10,10,10).      Two things, First, I noticed that your ambient value for the glow color was 2.0. This promots to a color vector of <2.0,2.0,2.0> The largest legal color vector is <1.0,1.0,1.0>.    (...) Hello, 1. To make a light stronger you can use a multiplier. For example: color rgb 2*<1,1,1> (double the light of the light source) or color rgb 0.5*<1,1,1> (half the light of the light source) or any other multiplier you like. 2. You can use (...)
