Two things,

First, I noticed that your ambient value for the glow color was 2.0.  This
promots to a color vector of <2.0,2.0,2.0>  The largest legal color vector is
<1.0,1.0,1.0>.  I suggest you drop the ambient value to 1.0.

Second, I noticed that you use the looks_like command in your light sources.
I have had good results by just placing the light source inside transparent
pieces.  It filters the light color to the piece color.  Take a look at:

I did the green lights by placing the light source in the piece, and setting
the ambient value for the piece to 1.0.
