(...) If you are working with MLCad this is simple. Just go to 'Multipart'->'New Model' and then scroll in the parts tree to 'Document' then you can put your imported model as a subpart into your new part. Make sure that you put it at the location (...) (15 years ago, 25-Feb-09, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

Hello, I would like to import geometry in MLCAD and using it as reference then it should be locked and unselectable. (...) Actually you can search for parts, just hit Ctrl-F to pop up the search dialog. Note that if the search string has spaces, it must be encased in "quotes", otherwise MLCad will complain.
