Thanks Michael for your useful tip.
Now what I'm looking for is a way to "lock" this imported model, for "lock" I
mean unselectable: I want to see it but I don't want to select it accidentally.

Just go to 'Multipart'->'New Model' and then scroll in the parts tree to 'Document' then you can put your imported model as a subpart into your new part. Make sure that you put it at the location (...) (15 years ago, 25-Feb-09, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)
