What is the advantage of grouping OMR sets into pages based on theme/subtheme?
I would think an organization system similar to Kevin Loch's would be fine.
We already have the Pause DB to find what sets are in a theme, so the OMR
should focus on providing easy, quick access to sets by number.  Ideally,
Pause would include links to OMR files just like it does for instruction
scans.

It's not that organizing by theme, subtheme is bad, but I just can't see
people really wanting to find/view/download set .dats based on theme rather
than number.
