No, they should be fine. If you use a line like 0 END ROTATE (upper- or
lower-case), that would cause the error message.
Maybe we should have specified (back in the day, too late now) that
meta-commands all have to start with a super secret symbol, so they wouldn't
collide with comments...

What about primitives? Shouldn't they be held to a .001 tolerance?

Could be, but it's not our job. In other words: I'm not going to spend time
on it right now, and I'm leery of inserting a super-fixer-upper program in
the part submit process. It would be alright if it was a separate tool that
people could choose to apply to their files.
