Adding creator and file types to L3P output

Well, I got tired of opening files with BBEdit and setting the file type to text, so I hacked (and I really mean hacked) together a little Droplet (an AppleScript application that is drag and drop aware) to convert the creator and file types to (...)   LDRAW Viewer and L3P

I just noticed that L3P and LDRAW Viewer do not play well together. Running an LDRAW Viewer file through L3P produces a ".pov" file that contains only 1 black brick. (...) Huh, I'll try again. (...) OpenGL it is then, (...) The wierd combination seems fine with me. Switching modes wouldn't be much fun. (...) Chris (23 years ago, 24-Dec-02, to lugnet.cad.dev.mac)

  Re: Mac LDraw Viewer comments

(...) No, I didn't have back face culling turned on. Turning on BFC causes the window frames to disappear. Is this because LDViewer is making assumptions about the way the part files that may not be true? I just updated to 10.2.3, and that has (...) (23 years ago, 24-Dec-02, to lugnet.cad.dev.mac)
