Someone with only the instructions ought to be able to find suspicious looking things (e.g., potential mistakes), but probably can't prove something to be 100.00% correct. Although having both the instructions and the set is infinitely better than having neither the instructions nor the set, a set can probably be *checked* having only the instructions and not the set, to an accuracy of 99% or higher (if (...) (...) Whoops, I almost didn't read that. :-, But a cut and paste won't necessarily restore the origin of the sub-model, will it?
