I was looking too hard in the wrong place. I've got access to it now. I've
installed the component, but I think I have to write a header file for it, so
that I can use it under C++ builder. It looks very nice to use. I'm really
looking forward to converting the building instruction process to PNG, and only
PNG. It will clean up and simplify a lot of code.

Thanks, but no. I was just having a severe case of tunnel vision.

The documents are thorough enough to meet my needs. I'm flying to California
for a week of work, so I think I'll have lots of time to get LPub converted to
PNG.
After this comes backdrop images for assembly images, layouts and part list
images..... and then a WYSIWYG tool for layout placement :^)
