I work for Microsoft. Although I am writing TrackDraw for fun, it is helpful in
my work job to gain more experience with XML and .NET. I understand Microsoft
offends some people. I apologize.

Track Designer is a pretty useful program, and it works fine on all versions of
Windows. Track Designer remains a viable alternative if you choose not to
install the .NET framework.
