Suggestions for new primitives: Flex-System hoses.

I think it would be useful to have new primitives for the flex system
hoses. I'm talking about the 8 LDU thick flexible straw-like elements
which are used as decorative elements or as hoses for the Flex-System.
What we would need are two elements:
One open ended hose which can be scaled to fit the desired length, or
used as many segments to model a curved, bent hose.
One end segment which is closed.
Since the end of the hoses are often stuck into a "hole", the ends are
often straight, while the rest of the hose is curved. It would
therefore be a good idea to let the end segments have "some" length (eg
1 LDU) so that they can be scaled to have the desired straight length
inside the "hole".
Here are my suggestions, the names may very well be changed, obviously:
