I've posted these now. The word "primitive" in the subject is
probably not the correct term: "sub part" is probably better. Here's
the example files with descriptions and the individual sub parts in
MPD format:

The latter also has an unofficial cone primitive. Could this one be
included in the official distribution?

As for the ribbed tube, the best way to find the length of one (...) (25 years ago, 2-May-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)
