(...) Note that the angle and axis of rotation can be wrapped up nicely in a LDraw matrix -- suppose we supply this data as a preformatted matrix? (...) Gotcha. (...) Sure, but there are several non-hinged pieces that do have an axis of rotation (or pivoting, anyway), the ones coming to mind are: 2904.DAT Technic Motorcycle Pivot 2342.DAT Space Control Panel (needs work) Also, tons of pieces, (...) (25 years ago, 15-Jul-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)
