  Re: new part description changes?

(...) VEC. (...) OK I own up to this one, and playing devil's advocate here - why is the category plural *Plants*, we dont have *Baseplates*, *Bricks*, etc ? Chris (25 years ago, 18-May-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Re: Voting Page

(...) Obviously a failure in my QA process - I'll fix them for the release (assuming they get through the vote). Chris (25 years ago, 18-May-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Re: Voting Comments

(...) The back of the head in the subpart does indeed use a 2-4cyli primitive. You have a good point, but I am concerned about the two slices of cone-like quads which form the curves above and below the cylindrical face area (on the front of the (...) (25 years ago, 18-May-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Re: Voting Comments

(...) Good observations, all. (...) Ah ha! A question I can answer! I asked Tore the same question, and he assured me the part is indeed studless. As shown. -- Terry K -- (25 years ago, 18-May-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Voting Comments  [DAT]

(...) It took me a while, but here are my comments on the current batch of voting parts. Since others have looked closely at the patterned baseplates, I ignored those. 2851: This may be getting a bit picky for this part, but where the peg holes meet (...)   Re: Un-Official Part: Technic Connector with Axle Hole

(...) I originally thought that the 2853, the axle #2 with offset crank, should have the axle oriented in the X-direction, as do all axles in LDraw, and that the 2854 should have the axle hole oriented in the X-direction, as do almost all parts in (...)   LDAO bug (was Re: Interim update 9903 released)

There is a small bug in the 'stealth release' of LDAO, which I posted to GeoCities (instead of the LDAO homepage/site). This bug will be noticeable if you install a parts update, but don't immediately run a makelist. When you open the VEC window, (...) (25 years ago, 17-May-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Re: Un-Official Part: Technic Connector with Axle Hole  [DAT]

(...) Well, as this piece is commonly used with the 2854, and that piece is already in the vote in its own position, I would place the 2853 in the default position easiest to use with the 2854.
