This torso is *actually* "973p70" ("http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?PartID=973p70"). (I'm the author of the LCAD file for 973p70...) Secondly, the torso "973p28" ("http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?PartID=973p28") should be shown in Black, and not in Brown. I've got several of these torso pieces. Hope this helps. Franklin
