Re: Preparing a L(EGO)Draw part for the Parts Tracker – A review

(...) it's a fine prog, anders! nonetheless I really wish it were a part of LDDP and not just a plug in - it doesn't allow polling to a viewer while I edit figures and to me visual feedback is crucial. BTW could you please check why Syncedit wipes (...) (17 years ago, 5-Oct-07, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Thanks, Willy, for this very informative article... I discovered many things (among them, Syncedit that looks VERY interesting - how did I miss its announcement???). (...)   Preparing a L(EGO)Draw part for the Parts Tracker – A review

When the Lego Universe Team has started to share rough data of 80 parts (URL) and soon after I've got feedback from part authors that because of their excellent quality those parts were heavyweights and would give us a hard time reducing the file (...)   Re: Are multiple AUTHOR tags legit?

I think a part should only have one AUTHOR line (although, as you say, this is not stated in the library header spec) If a part has two or more authors, it falls into one of two possibilities a) Original author and one or more part modifier/updaters (...)   Are multiple AUTHOR tags legit?

I've noticed that a number of official parts have multiple 0 AUTHOR meta statements in the part header. All the ones I've seen so far have James Jessiman as the first author, and someone else as the second one. Is this the correct way to indicate (...)   DATHeader Update

I have uploaded a new version (1.1.4) to my homepage (www.michael-heidemann.de). With this version also the lastest changes to the Official Parts Header Specification are maintained. cu mikeheide (17 years ago, 13-Sep-07, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Re: Problem with part 30208.dat

Please upload this version to the PT. Only by this it can be corrected completly. It is now so many years an official part and nowbody has realized that it was wrong.   Re: Problem with part 30208.dat

(...) Yep, I think you are right. The 30208.dat part appears to be 4 LDU too tall, unless there are more than one brick version of this part. Unfortunate, because to correct it will probably take a complete reworking of the part. -Matt :) ---...--- (...) (17 years ago, 11-Sep-07, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Problem with part 30208.dat
