Ive noticed that a number of official parts have multiple 0 AUTHOR meta
statements in the part header. All the ones Ive seen so far have James
Jessiman as the first author, and someone else as the second one.
Is this the correct way to indicate that a file has had multiple authors? If
you look at the Official Library Header
Specification, youll see that no mention is made one way or another about
whether or not this is legit, but theres at least an implication (to me,
anyway) that its not legit.
If having multiple authors is supposed to be shown like this, I think the
official header spec should be updated to indicate this. Also, while it appears
that the authors are listed in chronological order (with the most recent author
listed last), this should also be documented.

| I think a part should only have one AUTHOR line (although, as you say, this is not stated in the library header spec) If a part has two or more authors, it falls into one of two possibilities a) Original author and one or more part modifier/updaters (...)
