Re: Couple of queries with LDD exporting

(...) That's because the history of this DAT goes like this: 1. I wrote the part, it was officially released as 553.dat in 2000. 2. The real part number was discovered, and the part was moved from 553 to 30367. 3. There hasn't been another parts (...) (17 years ago, 23-Jan-08, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

Re: Couple of queries with LDD exporting

(...) This is most likely caused by the export not using high enough precision in it's calculations. I'm guessing you can probably replace all these with zero. ROSCO (17 years ago, 23-Jan-08, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

Re: Couple of queries with LDD exporting  [DAT]

(...) Right, done that and got rid of the errors, thanks for pin-pointing the location. Strangely all the 'missing' primitives were already in the .mpd file. I've also got rid of 553.dat There does seem to be a strangeness about 30367.dat (Cylinder (...) (17 years ago, 23-Jan-08, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

Re: Couple of queries with LDD exporting

In my first reply, I forgot to point out that you've got two copies of 52107.dat included in the MPD. That will cause most programs to bark. Steve (17 years ago, 23-Jan-08, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

Re: Couple of queries with LDD exporting

(...) The MPD contains several references to a file called 'unknown'. It looks like most of these references were originally references to unofficial primitive files, like 1-24edge.dat. These 'unknown's occur in two subfiles - 553.dat (which isn't (...) (17 years ago, 23-Jan-08, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

Couple of queries with LDD exporting  [DAT]

I have exported one of the Hobby train models from LDD into LDraw format, and done some tweaking on it, (missing parts and re-ordering for instructions) I have tried to include all unofficial parts in the .mpd to make it properly compatible with a (...)   Looking for 7819 as a .DAT file

Hi, I found 7740, 7815 and 7820 on brickshelf but unfortunately no 7819, does anyone has it as a file maybe? Why do I am looking for that? I want to include a lego room in my website (www.adri.de) with my (and maybe your?) lego MOCS and sets and (...) (17 years ago, 21-Aug-07, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

Looking for 7740 as a .DAT file

Hi, maybe I am too stupid to use the search engine :-) but I can't find no 7740 as a .DAT file and I do know that (years ago) I did find them here (but lost them due to changing computers). Does anyone has it and may tell me the link or send it as (...) (17 years ago, 20-Aug-07, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

Re: Anubis Priest - 4507 alternate model

(...) Thanks, Travis. I downloaded anything available at the parts tracker 'just in case' I needed them while building and then thought I better put the disclaimer in the event that some of the parts were unofficial. Thanks again! ..jg (18 years ago, 8-Feb-07, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

Re: Anubis Priest - 4507 alternate model

(...) Cool alternate model. It opened for me in LDView without errors. LDView did have to download a bunch of unofficial files (38 total, including sub-parts and primitives), but all of them were on the parts tracker. --Travis (18 years ago, 7-Feb-07, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

  File posting questions

Hi It's been AGES since I posted anything here. I've searched but can't find info on the following questions: Can I post the entire .dat as part of (at the end of) my message or should I just post a link to where the file is located?
