MPD allows you keep your submodels in the same file as your main model, so
it's easier to copy and distribute the whole thing in one piece.
What you do is this:
Start a new master model file in MLCAD (or open an existing one).
To create a sub-model, select Multipart | New Model from the menu. Name
your submodel (Sub Model Name is like a filename, Sub Model Description is
the long model description).
Build your submodel.
To put your submodel in your main model, look at the 'Active Model' drop
down (at the top of the parts list pane). Select your main model from the list.
Now, find the 'Document' item, at the end of the part groups tree. Your
submodel should be one of the items in this group. Use it like a part--drag
it into your model, position it, rotate it, copy it, delete it.
