Why do you need that? Under Linux I have tested this executable and it works
perfect (with wine).

If you have a question - then ask that question.
There are approx. 95% and more Windows users for LDraw and the remaining 5% or
less are Linux and Apple users. So which direction you would go to satisfy the
majority?
