This appears to be the 2008-01 release:

This is the file that’s linked to from the updates CGI that LDView uses for
automatic updates. See here:
http://www.ldraw.org/cgi-bin/ptreleases.cgi
Note that the CGI hasn’t been updated to reflect the fact that this is
2008-01 instead of 2005-01. However, the actual zip was definitely updated
(which I know because the new zip is no longer compatible with LDView; that’s
hopefully going to be fixed soon with an updated complete.zip).
