Need more info.
What steps (exactly) did you do?
- Source of .dat models? web page? e-mail? NNTP newsreader?
- Which newsreader/mailer application?
- What did you click/type to save the file?
- What directory did you put the saved model in?
- What did you call the file?
- What OS are you running?

| (...) OK, see below. The odd thing is, all these files load into LDLite - just not LEdit. (...) Webpage (...) Netscape 4.51 built-in mail reader. (...) I click on the save file button in the dialog that pops up. (...) the \models directory off the (...) (27 years ago, 3-Apr-99, to lugnet.cad)
