  Part x224: Windscreen 8 x 6 x 2 Curved

Peeron and Bricklink have this part under x224 but with no CAD image. But in the unofficial files on LDRAW.org, this part number refers to a piece of Technic rubber belt. Is anyone working on a DAT for this part? How do you resolve the conflict with (...) (21 years ago, 2-Apr-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Lpub find edges

I am not getting lpub to generate nice edges. At this picture the windscreen is a blob with edges only around it: (URL) the wheel hubs have a series of ugly black dots: (URL) anyone know the right parameters to get well defined edges? Paulo (21 years ago, 2-Apr-04, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: Improved minifig heads  [DAT]

(...) Here's the same file with the torus primitive included. The left over quads you're seeing are part of the subfile, 3626bs01.dat.   Re: Improved minifig heads

(...) I can't comment, because I don't have that torus file (t04o6250). However, the stuff left makes it look like the posted dat isn't correct even with the file.   Re: LDView problems

  LDView problems

Hi everyone, I've been having some problems with LDView (which is a great program, btw) and was hoping y'all could help. I've got an AMD 2000+ with integrated graphics and 256 megs of RAM, so I have enough power to run this, but whenever I move the (...) (21 years ago, 1-Apr-04, to lugnet.cad)

  Improved minifig heads  [DAT]

Is there any interest in improving the minifig heads by using torus primitives? For some of the patterned heads, where there is printing on the curved section, it would be somewhat difficult, but most of them could be fixed pretty easily. Andy 0 (...) Great stuff Jim, where possible I'll answer interspersed with your comments (...) I've noticed this too on some bricks.
