  Re: Lsynth problem

<snip> (...) How many times do you have LDraw installed on that computer? LSynth tries to locate the LDraw directory by searching for MKLIST.exe. I need to get better at installation packages.... (...) Kevin (21 years ago, 17-May-03, to lugnet.cad)

Re: New Part : Tyre 24 x 14 with Shallow Staggered Treads (Jack Stone Tyre)

(...) Woohoo! :) It's always good to see more people making LDraw parts. (...) If your intention is to contribute the part to ldraw.org, then it's *not* OK to use xNNN numbers from Peeron. But I can get you an LDraw.org xNNN number. Steve (21 years ago, 17-May-03, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Re: LSC Proposal 0.99

(...) Never mind... It sounds as though the LDraw-tech folks really don't want their list mirrored here. --Todd (21 years ago, 17-May-03, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

  Re: Lsynth problem

(...) That's odd, it must be a problem with the GUI front end. I used the actual program, lsythcp, in the bin directory. BTW To Kevin, I've been meaning to post about this. I'm getting an error when I try to install LSynth. The error is as follows: (...) (21 years ago, 17-May-03, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: Lsynth problem

(...) Thanks, silly of me! However, after making this correction, I still get the same behavior. I am not sure whether this is a clue or not, but the 'Browse' dialogs for both input and output files never show any existing files, even though they (...) (21 years ago, 17-May-03, to lugnet.cad)

Status of LDDP open source release

Hello! Some time ago I talked of creating an open source project for LDraw Design Pad , short LDDP. I created a project on sourceforge.net and uploaded the last release to the file system. (...) The command is 0 SYNTH not 0 LSYNTH. If you change the occurances of LSYNTH to SYNTH the program should work (it work on my WIn XP machine). -Orion (21 years ago, 17-May-03, to lugnet.cad)

  Lsynth problem  [DAT]

  Re: LSC Proposal 0.99

  Re: mailing list linkage

(...) Oh, that's a good point. Yes, it's a bit long, but as Steve points out, it's a relatively low-interest group.   Re: LSC Proposal 0.99

(...) This sounds like a cool idea, but I don't think there's a need for it right now. The techies list is kinda low-interest -- it's good to have a public archive of the list (which we've already got), but I don't see a burning need to mirror it (...)
