  Re: New MPD: Hearse

(...) Cool Bram, Now the mins have a place to ride in on the trip to the great ABS remelter in the sky. I was playing with the same grill parts last night, from my 5561. Those rounds are darn hard to get out of the chrome, I had to use my teeth, and (...) (22 years ago, 13-Jan-03, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

  Re: LDraw in the Classroom?

(...) Hi Tim, Please note that the Syngress Powertools book is indeed designed in a way that can be used in a classroom. Our contention (the author's) is that Lego CAD greatly eases the initial steps in the learning curve of CAD and other 3d (...) (22 years ago, 13-Jan-03, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.edu)

  Re: LDraw in the Classroom?

LEGO (Dacta) is used at the school I work, but I do not know if teachers use LDraw. I will ask. Some collegues saw me working with it on my computer during my break and got interested in it and downloaded the stuff for their kids (and them self no (...)   Re: *** LDView Version 1.9.9 Released ***

  Re: *** LDView Version 1.9.9 Released ***

(...) Is there anything you could post both .zip and .exe distribution. I prefer a .zip file (I have no idea why, I just do). -Orion (22 years ago, 13-Jan-03, to lugnet.cad)

Re: Parts Tracker Email Notification System

(...) Yep agreed, it'd be nice if wee could individually select notifications from a list. And there are probably people who'd want a longer list than me too 8?) ROSCO (22 years ago, 13-Jan-03, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Re: Parts Tracker Email Notification System

(...) See, my point is that while YOU might be happy to know that, there is no one right answer. I certainly can imagine someone else not wanting to know about resubmits of holds they did a long time ago... (22 years ago, 13-Jan-03, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Re: Parts Tracker Email Notification System

(...) I'd be happy to know: 1. When a part I submitted gets a "hold" 2. When a part I submitted gets authorised 3. As Orion says, when a part I previously "held" is re-submitted. Not sure what's best here - ideally, this would include those I "held" (...) (22 years ago, 12-Jan-03, to lugnet.cad.dev)

A couple of bugs and a feature request

While MLCadding (is that a new verb?) on the weekend I came across a couple of bugs in MLCad pertaining to comments: 1. When I add, edit, or delete a comment line, the render windows are refreshed. This is unnecessary, and very painful when editing (...) (22 years ago, 12-Jan-03, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

  LDraw in the Classroom?

Hi - Is anyone here a teacher, and if so, do you use the LDraw tools (MLCAD, etc included) in the classroom? What has your experience been?   Re: Parts Tracker Email Notification System

(...) This topic (how much notification to give) just came up in real life requirements, so pardon the following ranting... Notification to my way of thinking serves two purposes... confirming the expected (we expect a part to progress through (...) (22 years ago, 12-Jan-03, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Datsville-How did it work?

Hi. First time posting in a while. I'm thinking of doing my own Datsville-type thing, only futuristic. Anyway, if someone who used to work on Datsville or who knows how it worked could please e-mail me at lego_dan44@yahoo.com . I'd apprechiate it. (...)   Re: Parts Tracker Email Notification System

(...) I think notification is warrented for any activity involving parts I have submitted. Also, I think a message to me if an author resubmits a part I Hold voted would be nice -Orion (22 years ago, 12-Jan-03, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Re: Parts Tracker Email Notification System
