(...) I agree with the first column (measuring from the bottom of vertical portion of the slope to the top of the slope), but not the second. In LDraw parts, the little vertical portion of the slope is 4 LDU, not 2, so the ratios are Brick | (...) (24 years ago, 5-Feb-01, to lugnet.cad)

(...) But the aspect ratio of a brick is 6:5 (height:width), not 1:1. Plus, there's the vertical base. So if you're measuring a single brick, you'll get one angle for the face itself, and if your're measuring a bunch of bricks, you'll get another (...) (24 years ago, 4-Feb-01, to lugnet.cad)

I just downloaded and installed ldraw, ledit, and mlcad per the web site instructions. I also installed the updated parts package. What i can't find are any of the 1xN technic beams. I found 1 part (a 1 x 14 beam), but where are all the others. In (...) (24 years ago, 4-Feb-01, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

If anyone in the UK had a Hornby train set, it's more than likely that you had one of these. The Blue Circle Cement wagon was fairly standard in most of their mixed freight starter sets. Can someone figure out the angle on a 3x2 slope? I must be losing my mind, or missing something basic... A rise/run of 1/1 gives 45 degrees... right? So the angle of a 2x2 slope brick is 45 degrees? (20ldu rise/20ldu run) (this is taking into (...) (24 years ago, 4-Feb-01, to lugnet.cad)
