angle = arctan(rise / run)
Thus, a rise/run of 1/2 has a slope of 26.5650511771 degrees.

| (...) But the aspect ratio of a brick is 6:5 (height:width), not 1:1. Plus, there's the vertical base. So if you're measuring a single brick, you'll get one angle for the face itself, and if your're measuring a bunch of bricks, you'll get another (...) (24 years ago, 4-Feb-01, to lugnet.cad)

| Can someone figure out the angle on a 3x2 slope? I must be losing my mind, or missing something basic... A rise/run of 1/1 gives 45 degrees... right? So the angle of a 2x2 slope brick is 45 degrees? (20ldu rise/20ldu run) (this is taking into (...) (24 years ago, 4-Feb-01, to lugnet.cad)
