You can use MPD for that ... an example: 1) You create your main scene without the figures ... 2) You IMPORT the figures now, either sitting, staying however 3) You switch back to the main-scene and include the sub-model (the figure) like any other (...) (...) Got it! the line was not there. I have played with this quite a bit, so I'll try to explain what it did. L3lab was set to the default viewer, when I open the part to edit, L3lab also starts and changes the part view as changes are made. :D The (...) (24 years ago, 18-Nov-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Sometimes I like to modify existing sets. This model can be made with the pieces from the X-wing set. This is a Star Wars theme A/V-wing attack fighter. Michael, I was doing a little work in MLCad just now, and I discovered the Settings>Groups>Group Configuration! Now I don't have to go through 'Other Parts' to get to slope bricks and tiles! Paul, Just for grins, try the following to manually set the Editor's viewing option. 1. Edit ldraw.ini 2. Locate the section [LDAO Editor]. If that line doesn't exist, add it. 3. In the [LDAO Editor] section, look for a line like: ShowViewWindow=2 (...) (24 years ago, 17-Nov-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)
