Re: Gonna build a mountain in my living room.

Pardon me for being stupid; I didn't look at the category before I replied. With CAD, you don't have to worry about weight. But, I still can't do it. Sorry. -Chris (25 years ago, 25-Mar-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

Re: Gonna build a mountain in my living room.

(...) I can't do it for you; I don't have the resources nor the time. But, I can give a suggestion. BURPS. Lots and lots of BURPS.   Re: "Glowing" Lights in POV-RAY (2nd attempt)

(...) Hello, 1. To make a light stronger you can use a multiplier. For example: color rgb 2*<1,1,1> (double the light of the light source) or color rgb 0.5*<1,1,1> (half the light of the light source) or any other multiplier you like. 2. You can use (...) OK, I copied the relevant lines into a separate DAT file, and -- well, it wasn't so much that the edge lines were inside the torii (they were) as that I put the "cones" (for making the torii) in the wrong places. :-P~~~ I've fixed this here.
