  Re: Torso stickers

Amy, I would be interested in some suit stickers, as well as any generic town ones. Space ones would be really neat! : ) Scott S. -- (24 years ago, 30-Mar-01, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

  Re: Torso stickers

(...) Yes. (...) Yes. (...) Consider joining the LegoStickerDesign mailing list. It's on yahoogroups. Significant effort has already been expended and they have some very nice designs. Castleish, though, at least right now. (URL) (24 years ago, 30-Mar-01, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

  Torso stickers

Has anyone made any graphics for minifig torsos available online for printing on stickers? Would anyone be interested if I were to do so? I've got a design for a suit and tie that I plan to duplicate in various colors for printing on Avery labels. (...) (24 years ago, 30-Mar-01, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

  Erasing minifigs

I tried removing the printing on a minifig torso using Brasso yesterday. It worked, but it was a lot of work. I'm almost convinced it was the rubbing and not the Brasso that did the trick. Has anyone discovered an easier way to do this, chemically? (...) (24 years ago, 30-Mar-01, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

  Re: Women's Team -- set 3416

(...) *ahem* WOOO...OOOHOOO...OOO!!!...!!! Sorry, I've been waiting for these for a loooong time. :) Jeff (24 years ago, 30-Mar-01, to lugnet.sports, lugnet.year.2001, lugnet.build.minifigs)

  Re: Different/exchanged heads

(...) No, but it might be the other kind of fire control, of course buckets are more suitable to that than cooking pots, but we don't have a decent minifig bucket... (24 years ago, 28-Mar-01, to lugnet.build.minifigs, lugnet.pirates)

  Re: Women's Team -- set 3416

To All, (...) Hmmm.. why do those hair colors look different, the two new blond ones? Oh, it must be because of daylight savings, that's it! Scott "not this year!" S. -- Personal Page: (URL) Index Page: (URL) (24 years ago, 28-Mar-01, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

  Women's Team -- set 3416

Five female footballers have just been added to Brickset. (URL) great addition to the Football range, but perhaps more significantly: 2 new *blonde* hairstyles!! (Ponytail and bob.) And the crowd goes wild!!! --DaveL (24 years ago, 28-Mar-01, to lugnet.sports, lugnet.year.2001, lugnet.build.minifigs)

  Spaceport minifigs

does anyone know how many differnet minifigs exist from the town/spaceport sets? i'd like to make a orbital space station and i want to staff it with some 'themed' minifigs anyone know a way to get all of them? (minifig store?) thx much -paul (24 years ago, 23-Mar-01, to lugnet.general, lugnet.build, lugnet.build.minifigs, lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade, lugnet.space, lugnet.town)

  Re: Different/exchanged heads

(...) I like my rank-and-file shako-wearing soldiers to have smiley faces. There's something surreal about it that appeals to me. Pirates, on the other hand, never get classic smileys. Hey, if you wanted to be an individualist, ya shouldn't have (...) (24 years ago, 19-Mar-01, to lugnet.build.minifigs, lugnet.pirates, lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

  Re: Different/exchanged heads

(...) I really prefer the classic smiley face myself. If people/customizers want to trade for classic smileys, I've got an assortment of decorated heads I'm willing to trade for them. I'll trade various heads (including females) that are appropriate (...) (24 years ago, 19-Mar-01, to lugnet.build.minifigs, lugnet.pirates, lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

  Re: Different/exchanged heads

(...) The I.P.B. doesn't have a microphone. She does have some big, hoopy earrings... The Ice Planet visor pieces included the commgear, so the IP faces escaped the ignomy of having microphones painted on. Unfortunately, LEGO hasn't reused any of (...) If you get this lot (or have it already), I'm sure that plenty of folks will be happy to swap something approprate to you for that Ice Planet Babe head.... (...) (24 years ago, 19-Mar-01, to lugnet.build.minifigs, lugnet.pirates)

  Re: Different/exchanged heads

(...) Typical British understatement on how remarkable that is. ;) I still have to find something reasonably precious to return the favour of shakos from CheshireFest! Not to worry, sooner or later I will come up with *something*. But yeah, I do the (...) (24 years ago, 19-Mar-01, to lugnet.build.minifigs, lugnet.pirates)

  Re: Different/exchanged heads

I trade heads and torsos all the time. In fact my Tie-Fighter storm trooper now sport a Luke Skywalker head. As well as many others. mike broam out (...) (24 years ago, 18-Mar-01, to lugnet.build.minifigs, lugnet.pirates)

  Re: Different/exchanged heads

I use them in space! I have 24 of my Obsidian Commandos and they all have different heads!!! Rick (24 years ago, 18-Mar-01, to lugnet.build.minifigs, lugnet.pirates)

  Re: Different/exchanged heads

It's probably more a matter of taste and expediency. For example, I've changed the heads on all of my bearded warrant officers for smileys, to turn them into privates. Oh, I had to add shakos as well :-) But, speaking entirely hypothetically, if I (...) (24 years ago, 18-Mar-01, to lugnet.build.minifigs, lugnet.pirates)

  Different/exchanged heads

I have a couple of questions the more informed members may know about. Do builders exchange the smiley face heads from one torso to another? I know this is a dumb question but the reason I ask involves the purchase at auction of the Imperial red and (...) (24 years ago, 18-Mar-01, to lugnet.build.minifigs, lugnet.pirates)

  Re: Custom Mini-Figs

(...) The idea of GI Joe from LEGO has been floating around in my head since I was a kid and actually did make various 'Joe vehicles. Of course the figs were just standard torso's that worked as well as they could (not well <G>). (...) Well - they (...) (24 years ago, 16-Mar-01, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.build.minifigs)
