I really prefer the classic smiley face myself.  If people/customizers want
to trade for classic smileys, I've got an assortment of decorated heads I'm
willing to trade for them.  I'll trade various heads (including females)
that are appropriate in Pirates/Castle (e.g. no sunglasses, mics, etc) for
the same number of classics in groups of 10.

(...) I like my rank-and-file shako-wearing soldiers to have smiley faces. There's something surreal about it that appeals to me. Pirates, on the other hand, never get classic smileys. I have a couple of questions the more informed members may know about. Do builders exchange the smiley face heads from one torso to another? I know this is a dumb question but the reason I ask involves the purchase at auction of the Imperial red and (...) (24 years ago, 18-Mar-01, to lugnet.build.minifigs, lugnet.pirates)
