I exchange heads all the time. In the interests of equal opportunity, I like
to have lots of female minifigs, so I am always interested in acquiring more
female heads which I can put onto the torsos.
I am using the Star Wars minifigs in castle settings, but you need to swap
the heads and hair around etc so people don't instantly recognise them as
Star Wars characters.

| I have a couple of questions the more informed members may know about. Do builders exchange the smiley face heads from one torso to another? I know this is a dumb question but the reason I ask involves the purchase at auction of the Imperial red and (...) (24 years ago, 18-Mar-01, to lugnet.build.minifigs, lugnet.pirates)
