I definitely like the landing gear. Simple to build, yet visually tasty. I also like the taper along the aft section of the body. I haven't figured out how to taper properly - yet. Hi Everyone, I made a VTOL Patrol craft and snapped a few pics at the SEALUG meeting on Saturday. So have a look: (URL) is powered by two large turbofans atop the fuselage, and has a single internal fan that powers four thrust nozzles beneath. The (...) (...) Of premade parts, Larry's solution (the windmill fan) will probably look best. But if you're feeling adventurous, you might try to make one from a clutch of 3x3 plates with one round corner. (...) The technic propeller (which I can't find in Partsref unfortunately, but is used on the tail of the 8412 Wasp) is 9 wide. You can mount two back to back on an axle so they are only 1 deep.
