[MOC] "Canastra" Jet Fighter / Jato de Ataque "Canastra"

**Lusófonos, lá em baixo :D** Hi all, i'm new (in posting) to this news group and i've made a simple jet plane (my first in LEGO) and looks cool (the Nazi-german desert paint scheme sounds strange in this plane), and sorry for my english this is a (...)   Re: Hasbro goes to the bricks!

(...) An excellent point. Looking at the MegaBloks military sets is just unpleasant. Not that they are necessarily bad in their own way, but the specialized pieces, particularily the ordinance/hardware look like non-construction parts tacked on. For (...)   Re: Hasbro goes to the bricks!

(...) One thing I really enjoy about LEGO maintaining "non-violent" production is military MOC creativity. With the introduction of "violent" sets, many are tempted to use "short-cut parts" for weapons. This part, for instance: (URL) I see a lot of (...)   Re: Hasbro goes to the bricks!

(...) Hate to be blunt, but it won't happen. The closest thing LEGO got to a violent "realistic" line was Wild West, and it was cut short after two years. Gundam? Please LEGO, no! No more licenses! Just my 2 bricks, (URL) (21 years ago, 6-Jun-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.build.military, FTX)

Re: Hasbro goes to the bricks!

(...) Hmmmmmm...this may not be a bad thing. It might finally be the kick in the butt necessary to get Lego to wake up and release more modern sets, and get past their anti-violence fears. At some point they simply have to go ahead and do it.. (...) (21 years ago, 6-Jun-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.build.military)

Re: Hasbro goes to the bricks!

(...) BOOO...OOO! BOOO...OOO! BOOO...OOO! Death to Hasbro, now they are trying clone TLC! *mutters under breath* We can't trust any of them - there is only ONE construction toy, and that is LEGO! (URL) (21 years ago, 5-Jun-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.build.military, FTX)

  Hasbro goes to the bricks!

Looks like Hasbro is going to be entering the construction brick market with their GI Joe and Transformers line. Old hat, man. ;p Cheers, -G ****** Hasbro, Inc.   Town-scale Main Battle Tank, Team Fortress in brick form

The first entry (relevant to build.military) is a town-scale Main Battle Tank I've had for some time but hadn't bothered to getting around to taking pictures of until recently: (URL) based off an earlier model, the 'm8 light tank' in my brickshelf (...)   Re: Panther instructions on BI

(...) Thanks for posting these instructions. I, for one, have admired your models since you began offering them (even if they were a bit beyond my budget<G>), but getting to see just how you approached creating one of them was fascinating and (...)   Panther instructions on BI

I just re-posted the complete building instructions for my Panther kit to the BOTB Instructions Portal. These are the same as the printed instructions that come (came) with the kit. The actual kit had such a limited run that I felt it should be (...) (21 years ago, 30-May-03, to lugnet.build.military)

  RFC: lugnet.build.aircraft

There is no appropriate place on LUGNET for Aircraft MOC's. If they are military planes, then they can be posted in lugnet.build.military, but for commercial or private aircraft models there is no single best place. I propose lugnet.build.aircraft (...)   B.I. Joe: A Real Imagination Hero!

Greetings! Several months ago, Jamie Neufeld and I were chatting about the toys of our youth and how they were some of our earliest inspirations for our Lego builds of today.   Re: Military Brick Gallery
