Good question! I actually couldn't remember where I got these from so I did
a bit of research:

It's available in a couple of sets from a few years back:

It's probably available in other Stingrays/Aquanaut sets, but I'm not the
expert on those. I'm
pretty sure it's not available in any other Insectoid sets.
